When you get up early to start the day! Normally, I would wake at 11:30 and just postpone and procrastinate those things that need to be done...such as laundry and grocery shopping...both of which I accomplished yesterday.
Even more, I had been able to get back on a better eating situation. Besides getting up at 7:30 every morning (which I accomplished again today), I'm making sure to eat breakfast (oatmeal). It helps set me up for the day.
Today I need to do some studying, even though my finals aren't for a couple of weeks, procrastinating that wouldn't be a good idea, especially since I would like to maintain my good grades.
